Birthday party hosts can rent the classroom adjacent to the Brunk Children’s Museum of Immigration. The Museum is still open to the public for parties held during regular hours. The classroom is rented for three hours for $150 members/$200 non-members. This includes free admission for all guests, two hours of party time, one half hour before the birthday time to set up, and one half hour after to clean up. Maximum number of children allowed is 20. Maximum number of guests is 30.
Private parties are available before or after regular Museum hours (usually 4 p.m. Monday-Sunday). Enjoy a two-hour private party in Brunk Children’s Museum of Immigration. The classroom and Brunk Children’s Museum is rented for three hours for $275 members/$325 non-members. This includes free admission for all guests, two hours of party time, one half hour before the birthday time to set up, and one half hour after to clean up. Maximum number of children allowed is 30. Maximum number of guests is 50.
Special birthday party packages, which includes a craft and a game for your party guests, are available for an additional $5 per child. You may choose a Pippi Longstocking, Viking or Pioneer birthday party. Please call 773.728.8111 ext. 26 for details and availability.
Hosts may bring in any food or decoration items, but no alcohol. All decorations and food MUST stay in the classroom. There is a kitchen with a double refrigerator and freezer on the first floor of the Museum that the host may use, if reserved in advance. We ask that you leave the kitchen and the rental room as you found it. Cleaning supplies are available.
Once you have booked the party through the educator, we will charge a non-refundable $50 deposit to your credit card, send you a confirmation letter and contract. Once you receive the contract, please read it carefully and return the signed contract via mail or scan it and send it via email. The remaining balance is due the day of your event.
